Objective

Looking for a position utilizing my Web Design skills. I come to the workplace fully equipped with a tested combination of talent, creativity, reliability and practical knowledge gained through over ten years of intensive hands-on experience within the web design industry. Within that environment, I both designed and integrated a diverse output of website for both the Chicago Public School system and American Eagle web design company. In both jobs, I often took the lead in integrating designs into many web sites for a wide variety of audiences.

  • Cut and coded sites for mobile devices and ensured they work for iPhone/Android/Blackberry.
  • Implemented SEO work on sites to improve search results.
  • Perform customer service duties that include fielding calls from clients about updates, bugs or new functionality that they would like.
  • Worked with a variety of jquery plugins and applied newer HTML5/CSS3 standards while making sure to implement alternatives for older browsers when using those features.

  • Over the years, I wore many hats including generating wire frames, designing comps, create functional HTML mockups, coding and testing.
  • Interfaced with clients to determine site requirements and to develop project scope documents.
  • Junior experience in C# programming. Duties include retrieving database content and binding it to web controls, dynamically swapping out styles, images, and other visual content within C#.NET.
